Beyond the Stellar Sphere / Re: [BtSS] TSS Approaching Dawn (Open)

Jack looked over the young man in front of him, the combination of his age and position in life said he would not be knowledgeable enough to fulfill his requests. However he looked poor enough that he might make a useful manservant for the duration of the voyage, which would allow Jack to focus less on getting what he wanted and more enjoying the amenities of the ship.

"Yes, please request Martian red wine from the sommelier along with what ever cheese plate he believes would pair best with it. Bring when you have it bring it to me at the gambling tables. If you're quick there might even be something extra in it for you."

With out giving the serving boy a second though Jack handed him a credit stick filled with the outrageous sum of 5000 credits and turned to survey the casino for a game worth his time to play.

Jack left his luxury cabin and moved though the ship towards the casino. As he walked through the ship he took notice of the other passengers, noting how poorly their clothing compared to the magnificent garments he wore. Not for the first time he questioned why he was on this ship in the first place, it was clear that he was the only one of any status on the ship at all. Dismissing the concern he supposed that he would just shine all the brighter among the riffraff.

In a dramatic gesture Jack flung open the doors to Casino doors and walked in.

I have some setting questions:
1) How does government work, is there a unified government or is each colony self governed?
2) Is there a shared economy? Are there mega/hyper corps?
3) Space Pirates?

I think the reason I remembered making it,and posted it here, was because you liked it on tumblr. I've never actually attempted to do a full listen of the playlist, so I'm interested in seeing if it actually flows well.

Yes! Masks! Though if I (and/or Manda and/or Zach) were in it, it wouldn't be something recorded for the podcast. If I recall correctly, the cast in the first episode Axe ran was Manda, Zach, Josh, Travis, and myself; if he picks that up again (and I hope he does), I don't expect it to be posted.

That said, I'm sure the DnU cast will play and post it eventually!

For those curious about Masks the PDF just came out you can find it here: http://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/193258/Masks-A-New-Generation

Tabletops and You / Re: 7th Sea Second Edition

I also really like the Commonwealth I think its a really interesting way to add a democracy to the setting. I thought it was interesting that Eisen has magic now, but Castille doesn't.

Does anyone have any opinions on the changes in he setting materials. I'm not the most well versed in the setting of the game but I definitely noticed a big change in the Vesten lore.

Oh, speaking of both things in crowdfunding and things not to be recorded: do you plan on picking up that PbtA young superhero game again anytime in the nearish future? I've got the itch to game again, and I recall that game being super rad.

If you are talking about Masks I would be really interested in seeing you guys play it, I am super hyped about that game.

Now that the second edition of 7th Sea is out I was wondering what everyone thought of the changes to the system and setting.

I would be interested, I've been looking for motivation to do a re-listen to Fridas. As an additional challenge would anyone be interested in trying to listen to this greater Friedasverse playlist: http://jfan-999.tumblr.com/post/85065136894/ive-been-trying-to-get-my-brother-to-listen-to

I would be very hype to see more Prominence-verse. I'm also glad to hear you folks will be hanging around for EoE, it is one of my favorite campaigns.

I would also like to give leverage a try.
